NowToolSpace is a set of online PDF, image and resume tools for customers around the world. We’re happy to help with your account, a tool, your resumes or your Pro subscription.

Support

Email support@nowtoolspace.com. We aim to reply in English within 2 working days. For payment questions, include your account email address and the date of the payment. Please never send card numbers, UPI PINs or passwords by email.

Do it yourself

• Cancel or check your subscription: open your Profile, then Plan and billing.
• Refunds and the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland): email us, and see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Forgot your password: use Reset password.
• See or change your data: it’s all in your dashboard and Profile. To delete everything, choose Delete account in your Profile.

Complaints and grievance officer

For complaints, including about payments, privacy and your personal data, contact our grievance officer, Joshua Basumatary, Owner, at support@nowtoolspace.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours, give it a reference number, and aim to resolve it within one month. Privacy requests are answered within 30 days.
