Is my document uploaded?
Yes, this tool needs our servers. Your document is sent over an encrypted connection, converted straight away and deleted as soon as the PDF is made. We never store it or read it, and the converter has no internet access.
Why do I need an account?
Converting documents runs on our servers and costs us money, so it needs a free account. That keeps the tool fast and free of abuse.
Is it free?
Free accounts can convert 3 documents a day, 3 at a time, up to 5 MB each. Pro converts up to 200 documents a day, 10 at a time, up to 25 MB each.
Will my PDF look like my Word document?
Yes in most cases: text, images, tables, headers and page layout are kept. Fonts that are not installed on our converter are replaced by similar ones.
